Visible Music College is a Christian university specializing in music education with a mission to compete with other top-tier music schools like Berklee. The college sought a visual identity that conveyed professionalism, creativity, and a sleek, modern aesthetic akin to leading music recording studios like Warner Bros. Music. I worked closely with the team to elevate their brand presence through strategic design and social media content.
SCOPE OF WORK |
Visual Identity & Branding:
Redefined the college’s visual identity by consolidating their brand colors, reducing a palette of six to three primary colors. Additionally, subcolors (blues and purples) were used exclusively in photography edits and custom presets for stage performance photos. This approach created a cohesive, high-impact design that conveyed the school’s professional yet creative character.
Social Media Design & Strategy:
Crafted a social media strategy and designed content that resonated with prospective students and positioned the college as a leading institution in the music industry. The designs balanced an edgy, modern aesthetic with the institution’s Christian values, creating a visually compelling narrative across platforms.
Photo Editing & Visual Consistency:
Edited event and stage performance photos to match the updated visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and platforms. The complementary colors were applied to these images through custom presets, providing a polished and cohesive look.
Print Materials & Collateral:
Redesigned old print materials, updating them to reflect the new visual identity while maintaining the brand’s established reputation. The materials captured the essence of a professional music institution with a clean, contemporary vibe.
